We offer interested customers detailed advice on our professional hand-held laser welders in advance of a purchase.

We visit customers on site at our own premises or customers can come to one of our demonstration centres and receive information on all aspects of laser welding and our individual devices.

It goes without saying that they also get hands-on experience with the unique method of hand laser welding. It is not uncommon for customers to bring sheet metal and components with them so that we can address any special features during the consultation and weld these components by hand laser under the guidance of our experts to give them the desired final shape.

Once one or more devices have been purchased, we support our customers with our training concept during the transition to practical operation.

As standard, we offer training courses as online training. On request, we also organise individual on-site training courses for our customers, tailored to their specific requirements and needs. We would be happy to provide interested users with a quote for this.

Regardless of the two possible training formats, the aim is clear: to equip operators and technicians with the necessary knowledge and skills to use the equipment professionally and, above all, safely at all times.

The training content may vary depending on the previous knowledge of the participants and on the specific characteristics of the laser welding equipment and the materials used.

Fundamentals of laser technology, including how lasers work, different types of lasers and their applications in the welding process.

Safety aspects

Important safety precautions and procedures to follow when operating handheld laser welders, including the proper use of safety glasses, helmets, protective gloves and planning of spatial precautions such as welding booths, safety signs or emergency stop switches.

Operating the laser welding machine

Practical instructions on how to operate the hand-held laser welder, such as switching it on and off, setting performance parameters and calibrating it for different materials and welding requirements.

Preparation of workpieces

Correct preparation of workpieces for the welding process, alignment and fixing of the parts to be welded.

Welding techniques and processes

Various welding techniques and processes that are possible with hand-held laser welding devices, such as spot and/or seam welding.

Quality control

Methods for monitoring and evaluating welding quality, including visual inspection, non-destructive testing and quality assurance measures.
